Pointers to an event report, results, target lists, etc., and entry forms are available below.
(Most of these documents are in PDF, for which free reader software is available: .)
If you have any further questions, please contact the Tournament Secretary: David Bruce (head-to-head@dib-online.info).
A brief event report is now available.
There are seven(!) booklet
s in all, each in
PDF:
"Presentation of awards and Post-event notes" [~182K] [A4 folded to A5; the printed copies are on peach-coloured paper] summarizes the weekend as a whole — presenting the award winners, highlighting record and shooting award claims, acknowledging various helpers, noting lost property, etc.
For each category, a "Final results" booklet [A3 folded to A4 — except for that for Women / Compound, which is just a double-sided A4 sheet] details the respective ranking round scores, individuals'/teams' resulting seeding, their Olympic round head-to-head match scores and progression, and final rankings.
Saturday's four booklets (Men/Recurve [~226K], Women/Recurve [~231K], Men/Compound [~225K], Women/Compound [~173K]) are also printed on peach-coloured paper;
Sunday's two booklets (Recurve teams [~657K], Compound teams [~624K]) are on golden yellow paper.
(The result booklets for Sunday's team event also include notes on team composition and allocation, the inclusion of Olympic and Paralympic teams in the recurve division (and how we handicapped them), and the last-minute team re-assignments that I had to make for the compound division.)
On the day, we used the totals declared (and signed for) by archers and scorers. While subsequently double-checking all addition, however, a number of miscalculations were identified. These results show the corrected scores.
Please notify me of any amendments (e.g.: change of division / bow style; corrections to registration / contact details) at the earliest opportunity, so that we have time to take them into account. In particular, this event is heavily oversubscribed, and we have a waiting list for Saturday's individual head-to-head. Please let me know me as soon as you can if you are no longer able to shoot on either or both days so that I can give waiting archers the greatest possible notice when places become available.

For the weekend as a whole:
"Tournament summary" [~152K] [A4 folded to A5; the printed copies are on pale blue paper] contains various administrative / logistical notes and summarizes basic details such as judges, rounds, awards, etc.
For each day, a 3-folded A3 booklet outlines the respective competition format and schedule, and gives an alphabetical list of competitors:
Saturday's booklet [~284K] [on cream coloured paper] also includes target allocations for the ranking round and an additional list of competitors in target order;
this is not possible for Sunday's booklet [~344K] [yellow paper], however, since I am quite deliberately leaving team — and hence target — allocation as late as possible (Saturday afternoon/evening).
Note: Team GB members Naomi Folkard, Helen Palmer and Alison Williamson and GB Paralympic Team members Anita Chapman, Maggie Parker and Kathy Smith have asked whether it might be possible for them to shoot together as part of their preparation for the team events at the Athens 2004 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Given the high profile and importance of these events, the organizing committee are keen to support them in this way, and we are therefore examining how best to accommodate their requests without unbalancing the competition unduly. Again, this will depend on the pool of competitors, which can be known only at the last minute.
